Does anybody know of a cure for alopecia hair disease...?

I have a 6 year old son who has had Alopecia since 2003 well now he has lost half of his hair %26amp; on his eye lash on the one eye is almost completly gone %26amp; his arms %26amp; leg hairs are almost gone his skin is smooth like a babies butt.Does anybody know of something that will help.....Thank you,

Sadly there isn't a cure for Alopecia. The bets treatment of all is support, love and understanding. He will go thru very difficult times during his life but you can make a difference...good luck!
