something heppened that well, let's say I'm not my cheery self anymore.And I decided to go on this diet. and decided to change my hair do, and well, let's just say I'm not me anymore, soo... I've lost 15 Ibs. in two weeks. I know I'm still sulking. so, how can I tell if I'm losing weight and staying on my diet because of depression or I finally find the will power to better myself. 15 Ibs in two weeks according to my sis isn't a reasoanble way to lose weight... so, what's going on here.

15Ibs is too much to lose in two weeks....it was probably a crash diet ....so not a surpise that your moods has been affected.

If you're dieting it's hard to say, but it is common to lose some weight when you are depressed. My 14 year old cat died and I took it very hard and was depressed for a time. I lost twenty pounds, I wasn't trying to, but I did not have my normal appetite and ate only small amounts at each meal.
