How can i treat damaged hair?
V05 hot oil.. or any type of hot oil is amazing. If it's too damaged for that then go to your salon, they'll have moisture treatments and tell you things to do at home.
How can i treat damaged hair?
stop using your straightener for a while (if you use one). if you need to fix up an area, use a round brush and a blow dryer and blow dry those areas. it works really well. for the shine try to find a light hairspray with a shine. i have one and i dont remember the brand right off the tip of my tongue but if you want you can email me and i can find out. hope i helped
How can i treat damaged hair?
There is a way to treat damaged hair. This site has great information about growing healthy and long hair, it is my favorite, blackhairmedia and you can checkout longhaircare and google crown of glory. You can grow your hair again, you may have to get a cut and start over. If you can wear braids and then as it grow do the BC=big chop. You will embrace your new growth. If you cannot wear braids, get the damaged hair if any cut.
How can i treat damaged hair?
well..i hate to say it.. but cut it off.
Get a shoulder length bob with layers.. they're in style!! and you can grow it back to a healthy length.
all in all, trying to fix it often results in making it more damaged. Hot oil isn't good because it doesn't penetrate the strands since the oil isn't natural.
Like i said, cut it off. And invest in a salon quality deep conditioner after you get the cut.
How can i treat damaged hair?
Palmer's extra virgin olive oil at Wal Mart
( might be in the black women's haircare sections)
also GNC virgin coconut oil..
I've used both and am amazed at the difference
after shampoo add conditioner and comb conditioner and one of the oils through hair. rinse..
Then for added condtioning add small amount to palm and rub through hair...at times I use this on dry hair between shampoos
Use a good shampoo and conditioner Fructus for damaged hair does wonders.
DON"T shampoo everyday!!...2 to 3 times a week is plenty.
This should help you a lot.
How can i treat damaged hair?
Dont go out and buy anything expensive.
First: Purchase a mild Shampoo (To Clarify hair, I will explain why)
Second: TRIM your hair ends (May 1 1/2 to 2 inches)
Third: Here's the magic part: Mix olive oil, almond oil, coconut oil, avocado oil and a "little" honey, (honey u will have to heat so it can blend). Either leave on ALL day or all night (if all nite, DONT use honey)
Use a teaspoon of every oil and honey,.... a little more if ur hair is long or a little less if ur hair is short
Repeat this 3-4 times a week, your hair will grow like a weed, fortify, reconstruct, moisturize, soften %26amp; remove all frizz I promise,..... and it will be super shiny!!!!
The clairifying shampoo will help take the oil off your hair when u shower
You can also use a conditioner but get a light conditioner that wont wiegh ur hair down, becuz u can over condition, I use herbl essences "clean happy" conditioner.
When I do this at nite, I wake up, shampoo %26amp; condition, rinse and style as usual. Has worked for years
You can find olive oil anywere, but the other oils you will have to buy at a local organics store, wholes foods or BJ's health corner.
