Split ends..What should I do abt my hair?

I have shoulder length hair.But want to grow them long..but recently noticed lots of split ends.I have been using a good conditioner mask,which i use every time i wash (once a week).

But I really want to get rid of the split ends in order to grow my hair.

However I don't really want to trim my hair I would again lose the length which i already have a couple of months back.

Any suggestions?

trim it one more time to get a nice end on all your hair - keep up with the conditioner treatment - but most of all try to avoid drying your hair everyday or anything that requires heat... heat is a major cause splitting and damage.
