Hair weakened and thinned by bleached - it stretched & lost all elasticity, now wavy & break

I currently have a similar question up on yahoo answers but am posting this new one as i have figured out what has happened to my hair.

This morning i rebleached sections of my waist length hair %26amp; when i rinsed the bleach off i found my hair to feel very soapy even after 3 shampoos %26amp; then noticed it was like fine jewellery elastic %26amp; is now snapping off at eye level.

The bleach has thinned %26amp; weakened my hair so that it has stretched at the front at around eye level when i was rinsing the bleach out and is now wavy (as the elasticity has gone and the hair didnt jump back to normal).

I have trimmed the really bad parts out (up to eye level) but am wondering if I may be able to salvage the length a little bit. Is there anyway to sort out this "wavy" weakened bit of hair temporarily so that i can give it tonnes of TLC over the coming month to help it strengthen again.

Heres a pic of before todays disaster -

i'm sorry but you need to leave it alone. keep using a really good conditioner there is a masque you can get from Matrix it's in a orange tube and your locale stylist can get it for you.
