i am white my 5 year old has long hair she has a semi formal graduation coming up and a recital the same night .i am lost of what to do with her hair she has to have it up for the recitle and down for the graduation in order for her cap to fit on her head any suggestion

you could put it up with a hair claw, that way you could just clip it up and when it needs to come out just pull the claw out and there shouldn't be to much of a mess unlike if you had a pony tail in it and it leaves that that nasty wave in the hair where it was at. the only problem i see with the claw is if her hair is really thick like mine but...i manged to make claws work so, lol if i can i think anyone can! lol good luck!

She should get a hair cut and tell the person about the graduation and they could help her out.

Put her hair in a bun or a pony tail or a bit of both for the recital and have her hair in a plait or out for the graduation its a simple matter of putting in and taking out a hair scrunchie!

put up in a messy bun and then you can just take it down really quick for the graduation and brush it.
