I would try taking him to a veterinarian. There might be something wrong and who knows...he might live another year. Honestly, it just sounds like old age though.

truth be told i dont think u want to read this but i think your 7 year old rabbit is not going to make it im sorry but it is also kinda old. he's finally come to the end of his rope and i dont know how much longer till he dies, just let nature take it's course and everything will turn out the way it should.

Rabbits generally live between 8-12 years of age. Although your rabbit is elderly, he is not so old that you should not give him medical treatment. Heck, we've got many rabbits in our rescue that are between 9-11, and they're in great health.
