Blonde Hair.....?

Am I the only person who thinks blonde hair isnt so hot anymore?? I think it lost its novelty when

1. People with light brown hair started calling it blonde

2. When people started FREAKING COLORING THEIR HAIR BLONDE

3. when people who werent natural blondes said they were

4. when 75% of the girls in the school had blonde hair.

Blonde Hair.....?

i think it looks good natural or fake, but if its fake to use a color that matches you.

Blonde Hair.....?

i think blond hair looks good when its natural.

Blonde Hair.....?

I think blond hair looks good when it's natural.

Blonde Hair.....?

I think we each ought to color our hair or not and style it the way we like and to heck with everyone else. The only opinion that matters in the end is the person with the hair.

Blonde Hair.....?

Not everyone can be blonde. I think the fad now is to look Brazilian or Latin. But any blonde will tell you she has more fun.

Blonde Hair.....?

Ya I think it used to be hot . I know lots of people that aren't blonde and always color their hair blonde but you don't see much of that anymore. I am naturally blonde and feel like I want to go darker. I guess everyone wants what they don't have.

Blonde Hair.....?

well, idk i like redheads better than blones(natural or bleached)

Blonde Hair.....?

I am a natural blonde; never colored. It always bugs me to see women with dark or black roots and badly damaged hair.

Blondes don't necessarily have more fun, girls, so go natural, whatever it is, and be a beautiful You--not someone else.

Blonde Hair.....?

I like natural blond hair.

Blonde Hair.....?

its not hot anymore. when christina milian did it i knew it had hit its breaking point. before i knew it, post-beyonce era, most if not all of the black female entertainers were coloring their hair blonde as if that was the thing to do. i want it stopped.

Why is my hair so fizzy and dry?

Ok, so..I have very dry, frizzy hair. Its about 3 inches blow my shoulders. I also have a high amount of iron in my water at home. I do not know how to get my hair to look heathly and not look so dry and frizzy. I've dried dry/damaged shampoos, leave in conditioners, and dehumidifier hair spray on my hair. After using that I just blow dry it on high heat. I've tried using cold hair on my blow drying and that won't work. None of it works. I wash my hair every morning. And if I don't wash my hair every morning it looks oily and not pretty. Its a lose lose situation. If you have any idea as to how to make my hair look NORMAL pleeeease help. =(

Why is my hair so fizzy and dry?

Do you know that shampoo dries out hair? It's not neccessarily a bad thing, but for some hair types it is. Shampoos contain some of the same ingredients as laundry detergents! Use a shampoo with a low concentration of sodium laureth (salt- really bad for your hair) or don't use it at all. Simply massage your scalp with conditioner and rinse to remove dirt. My hair has become less oily and dry since I did this. Paul Mitchell Instant Moisture Daily Treatment condition or Aussie moist condition are some good conditioners. Visit the sites for more tips on how to get naturally healthy hair!

Why is my hair so fizzy and dry?

I have the same problem with my hair, im thinking about persuading my mom to let me get it thinned because right now I cant do anythig with it.

Why is my hair so fizzy and dry?

I'm pretty much the same way.

It sucks I must say.

What I do is take a shower at night then dry my hair with paper towels. It will make the fly aways stay down.

Then you can shampoo your hair once a week with a couple of drops of hunny in your shampoo like in your hand. That will make it shiny but not greasy. (Wash like 2 times after the hunny shampoo)

Or some days you can alturnate and only use conditioner. It will leave the oils and all the good stuff in your hair with out making it greasy.

If all else fails I use Tresemme anti-frizz secret. Its cheap. That or the frizzy be gone stuff. Don't worry bout it.

You can use the mayo secret too. Cover your head in mayo leave in for 10 minutes then rinse twice. It sounds gross and it smells gross but its good I swear.

And alturnate every other day with straighting your hair and just putting gel or mouss in it for curly days.

Let your hair regain a little before you straighten it.

Good luck.

:]

Why is my hair so fizzy and dry?

ok so dont wash it everyday if it is super frizzy but if it is oily then put baby powder in it but make sure you brush it so you cant see the white. um dont blow dry it everyday and if you straighten it, it will make it even worse. [[i learned this from my modeling experiences..lol]] next time you go to the hair stylist ask her about products you can use to keep it moist and not oily. but for now try aussie shampoo and just make sure not to dry it everyday. good luck :]]

Why is my hair so fizzy and dry?

maybe it is youre shampoo or conditioner i had REALLY dry hair once but then i tried like pantene PROv and that works um try that or fructise that works to um or guy to a REALLY good hair dresser and see wat he\she says and for your frizziness try um fantasia frizz buster serum it works for me

Why is my hair so fizzy and dry?

1.Try Mayo. 2.Go To YOUR Hair Salon.

Why is my hair so fizzy and dry?

Have the same problem.

I am sorry though if the product I mention cannot be found as I live in Hong Kong.

I use Bans (I think its an american brand) for wavy hair, like an ion hair treament spray. Just after towel drying I spray some on my hair. Leaves the hair quite most (But not very wavy, but I dont mind that)

I also use Lucido Hair Repair Oil (Japanese brand, dark transparent purple bottle) on the tips only, right after towel drying the hair. Very good for preventing split ends.

Once a week I will use a strong moisturising cream to leave for 20-30 minutes prior to hair washing. Its from Lush. You can also use Olive Oil. Very good for the hair, but a bit hard to wash off. Hair may not be too shiny for 2 days after if its not cleaned out properly.

I will get myself Anti-frizz serum from Marc...something, I forgot. Its an english brand with colorful bottles.

also, try drying your hair on medium heat, rather than high heat with the blow-dryer. You are really damaging your hair with the high heat.

As for not washing every day, the 1st day you can let it loose, but the 2nd day, just keep it up in a pony tail. The "dirtyness" wont be that visible. You will feel it, but letting your scalp rest may help. Or just dont wash it on sundays, or saturdays.

Try a soothing shampoo as well, Klorane have good shampoos, a bit expensive but high quality.

Why is my hair so fizzy and dry?

You may need to oil your hair with either Pantene Hair Moisturizer or Olive Oil Moisturizer. You can also use Olive Oil Hair Spray or Pink Hair Spray (Sheen). Or you may just need a good wash with Olive Oil Shampoo and Conditioner with a softening conditioner also ( wash twice ) Wash your hair every 2 weeks.

Will my hair grow back, after damage from ironing?

I am 16 years old and i have been ironing my hair since i was 12 with a real iron. I finally realize that i need to stop this, my hair is falling out, it is very thin and i fear that i will lose the rest. I know i need to stop ironing my hair, it has alomost become an addiction. From what i have read i should use egg on my hair as a conditioner. I also purcased expert L'Oreal shampoo and conditioner. My question is now that the damaged hair has fallen out, is their a chance of it growning back if i take care of it? I am so used to ironing my hair that i dont know how else to stlye it. I also curl my hair, but could you offer me some styling tips that wont damage my exsisting hair?.. im SO scared, someone please help!

Will my hair grow back, after damage from ironing?

Stay away from heat when you can. Get rid of your iron and your curling iron.

Only blow dry your hair if you have to leave the house. If you take a shower and you are going to be lounging around the house let it air dry.

Try to stay away from styling products as well. Us sparingly.

Get a trim regularly this way you are cutting off the dead stuff at the end.

Condition regularly so you can get the moisture out of your hair.

Next time you get a hair cut request a style that looks great but is low maintenance.

Will my hair grow back, after damage from ironing?

Yes, you definently need to stop ironing your hair. First before worring about how to style it worry about fixing it first. I recommend using panteen shampoo and conditioner 2 repair the damage you have already caused. Buy the repair in one month conditioner and never brush or comb your hair while wet because it causes hair to fall out since the pores are open more so than when the hair is dry. Don't blow dry your hair or straighten it or curl it for a while and you should have a chance otherwise you'll just cause more damage to your hair. Give it atleast a month or more and than if things are better try styling it in a low pony tail(high ones pull your hair out) or loose brades and then letting them out so it's wavy. Ask a salon proffessional for more styles. Good Luck!

Will my hair grow back, after damage from ironing?

it should grow back. It might take a while, and might be a very slow process, but it should.

First.... Step very very far away from the iron. DO NOT touch it anymore!!! They are NOT designed to flaten hair. If you want to fix this problem and ever has good healthy hair, you have to stop.

You should be taking some kind of daily vitamin. Im 27 and still take chewable flintstones bc I hate taking pills. Any kind of daily vitamin intake is excellent not only for hair, but also skin and nails.

I would suggest to go have a good trim and style put into your hair. Expecially if its been more than two months since your last. This can get some of those nasty ends off, and give you something nice to work with while trying to grow. If you go too long between trims (esp when damaging it like you are) it can cause alot more hair damage.

Go to Sallys, Walmart, Kmart, whatever you have access to and get yourself some hot oil treatments, hair masks, deep conditioners, etc. Using these will help. You can use anything like this at home. Dont go overly crazy bc they can also tend to leave a build up on your hair. Follow the instructions and you should be fine.

Get yourself a nice shampoo and conditoner for dry/damaged hair.

If possible dont wash your hair everyday. Go at least everyother day. This will allow the natural oil your scalp produces to get into your hair.

Dont pull your hair into a tight ponytail, bun, etc when its wet. This will make your hair break.

Dont brush your hair when its wet. Comb lightly and gently.

As far as styling tips, you need something easy that you dont have to do much at all to. I cant really say, bc I dont know what you have to work with, but if you see a hairdresser I am sure he/she could help to find something for you. Try to use as little heat as possible for a while.

Good Luck honey.

If I dont ever brush or comb my hair, will my hair grow faster?

Because I lose alot of strands of hair everyday, so I dont ever brush it. Will this help growing my hair out faster?

If I dont ever brush or comb my hair, will my hair grow faster?

Brushing your hair is the fastest way to have hair breakage. Brushes stretches the hair and causes it to snap off.

You will allways need to comb your hair. Puurchase a extra wide tooth comb.

If I dont ever brush or comb my hair, will my hair grow faster?

yes

If I dont ever brush or comb my hair, will my hair grow faster?

No. Your hair will just look rattier and messier.

If I dont ever brush or comb my hair, will my hair grow faster?

I don't know about that. I avoid using brushes a lot because a lot of them cause split ends and breakage so hair appears to grow slower. I use picks and combs mostly. Regular trims prevents breakage. I trim mine an inch or two about every 3 months and it's pretty long now, past my mid-back.

If I dont ever brush or comb my hair, will my hair grow faster?

if you want dreads...then go for it

If I dont ever brush or comb my hair, will my hair grow faster?

no...growing is different from falling out..if your hair keeps falling out it will make your hair thinner not grow slower...

If I dont ever brush or comb my hair, will my hair grow faster?

NO!!!

U need to comb your hair to untangle your hair. If you don't comb, then your hair will end up breaking and loss more hair.

If I dont ever brush or comb my hair, will my hair grow faster?

maybe it can be faster-but,it is not good to be practiced.. maybe u only need to brush ur hair gently.... :-)

If I dont ever brush or comb my hair, will my hair grow faster?

Hair grows from the scalp so brush from scalp through ends of hair to stimulate blood flow to hair root and it will grow.

If I dont ever brush or comb my hair, will my hair grow faster?

No it doesn't make any difference. Most hairs have a life expectancy of three to six years and On an average, hair grows at the rate of 6 inches annually. The secret formula for hair growth is to see that hair remains healthy. Try http://solutionsforhairgrowth.blogspot.c... for more details.

If I dont ever brush or comb my hair, will my hair grow faster?

No.

Exercise and not ruin my hair?

Let's get to the nitty-gritty. I'm 5'7". Here are my measurements.

Bust: 38

Waist:34

Hips: 42

Weight: 165-ish

Pretty bad right? I really like exercising, and I obviously need to lose weight, but I hate what it does to my hair. In case you didn't know, ethnic hair doesn't go well with sweat. Please tell me I there's a way I can exercise without my hair looking like I just got into a fight (and lost). If there isn't, fine, but, if there is, I'd like to know. I'm 13 btw. I'll understand if you don't believe me. =)

Exercise and not ruin my hair?

you could try doing exercises that dont get you tooo sweaty. like sit ups, or arm exercises, or a fast walk. that will help keep your head from getting too sweaty. but if your going to run, and you want to lose the weight, you will have to run, then just do that last and then shower

Exercise and not ruin my hair?

Sadly, as black females, we have to make a choice: our body or our hair. I recommend either getting braids or weave. Make sure you wash your hair more often since you are sweating.

Exercise and not ruin my hair?

I know how you feel...put a scarf on with your hair in a ponytail..it will work great. Or you can always do a shower cap lol

Exercise and not ruin my hair?

Well if your SO concerned about your hair, i guess just work out a lot doing moderate things, like Leslie's walk away the pounds, is moderate walkingg, and you really dont sweat. its 1 mile walk, there are others ones for 2 %26amp;%26amp; stuff.

hope it helped!!

Exercise and not ruin my hair?

What I do is hairspray my hair in the mornings with a good strong one that will keep the frizz and hair down and at least presentable. When you workout, make sure to put your hair up in a tight bun or use a big clip to hold it together. That way it minimizes the amount of hair that gets in your way. Nobody is going to look great after a workout anyway, so don't worry too much about it. Another alternative is do your workouts at night and take a shower just before you go to bed.

Exercise and not ruin my hair?

There are lots of ways to be a more active person without getting sweaty. Walking more, riding a bike at a leisurely pace, even cleaning or gardening or shopping- anything but sitting on the couch watching TV. Yoga and pilates are also really good for toning.

By the way, I don't thing your stats are too awful. If you can tone and firm what you've got you'll be fine. Ask your doctor what they think about your fitness. And try to love your body and your hair.

What is the solution for grey hair in adolescent age?

i've grey hair since my childhood. and i'm using dyes for the past 3 years. because of that i lost 3/4 of my hair in ihe past three years. can anyone post your suggestion

What is the solution for grey hair in adolescent age?

What can I eat to prevent premature greying?

Eating seafood is possibly one of the best things you can eat to promote all-over hair health. It is rich in zinc, iodine and protein, which are excellent for the hair. So if you enjoy seafood, make it a point to have fish several times a week. Remember that eating canned fish will not give you the same benefits as eating freshly cooked fish. If you don?t eat fish, consider fish-oil supplements.

Iron is good for hair and is found in dark green vegetables, meat and some pulses. If you are unsure about whether you are getting enough iron, include an iron supplement every once in a while in your diet. Remember that too many iron supplements can be bad for you. Women lose iron while menstruating, so perhaps during or after your cycle you can have iron-fortified supplements for a few days.

Eating foods rich in Vitamins B and C will ensure that your hair stays strong, does not break easily, and does not grey early. Pork, vegetables, whole grains, wheat germ, soymilk are all rich sources of Vitamin B, while citrus fruits are excellent sources of Vitamin C. Eating adequate Vitamin C helps increase absorption of iron. Try and have a glass of orange juice daily.

Your hair will never be healthy if you do not drink enough water. Drink at least eight to ten glasses a day.

What oil can I apply to my hair?

Rosemary oil is believed to gradually darken grey hair over a period of time. Soak rosemary leaves along with a few basil (tulsi) leaves, in jojoba oil, for a period of four weeks. Massage your scalp and hair with this oil (after warming it up).

Most oils are not easily absorbed by the hair, which is why you need to leave oil on for at least forty-five minutes. It helps greatly if you steam your hair after applying oil.

Boil dried amla pieces in coconut oil until the pieces turn black and the oil darkens. Apply this oil to the hair. It strengthens hair and prevents greying.

Boil tealeaves in water and rinse your hair with this liquid 20-30 times. Then, leave on for 15-20 minutes before the final rinse.

What else can I do to promote hair health and delay greying?

Washing your hair with very hot water or using hair-dryers excessively weaken roots, and may lead to premature greying. When using a hair-dryer, take care not to point it to your scalp. Similarly, try and wash your hair with cool or lukewarm water.

Will Yoga help?

Inverted yoga poses bring a rush of blood to the scalp. This stimulates circulation and enhances hair health. Do the following poses regularly:

Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward Facing Dog)

Sarvangasana

Chakrasana

Other easy ways to stimulate circulation are:

When you wash your hair, keep switching from hot water to cold water.

Comb your hair regularly. A hundred strokes every night should do the trick. If your hair is curly, use a wide toothed comb.

check the following product out you might get it on ebay

http://paynesbeautysupply-salo...

Home Remedies And Treatment

" Amla " is the best cure for grey hair and falling hair. Regular massage of "amla" paste rubbed into the scalp has worked wonders in many cases, frequently reversing the process of greying or falling off of hair.

Massage your hairs with coconut oil and Lemon everyday for at least 15 minutes. There are instances of people having black hairs even up to the age of 60-70 years by using this method.

Take 100 gms of curd. Add about 1 gm of black pepper to it. Mix it well and apply it evenly on the hair and scalp. Keep it for an hour and then wash with warm water and mild shampoo. Do this treatment once a week to see the remarkable difference in the texture and color of your hair . Your hair will become silkier and regular use will also make the hair dandruff-free. Curd helps in curing dandruff and making the hair softer while black pepper helps make the hair black. So one recipe gives 3 benefits - a) dandruff-free hair b) soft and silky hair and c) black hair. Doing this once a week helps in maintaining the hair color and delaying greying to a great extent. This recipe should be avoided by people who have a tendency to catch frequent colds and coughs.

Curd causes a cooling effect on the head and this may worsen a cold situation. .

What is the best prescription medication for pcos to lose weight and facial hair?

Definitely Glucophage (brand name) or Metformin (generic). It can help with the weight loss and also the facial hair.

PCOS specialists will NOT recommend birth control pills of any kind to PCOS patients. They only mask the symptoms and can actually make things MUCH worse down the road.

Best of luck,

Jennifer

What is the best prescription medication for pcos to lose weight and facial hair?

What could cause a toddler 2 1/2 to lose large amounts of hair?

Here are a few websites that deal with hair loss in children. It is probably more common than we realize and the causes range from those that really cause little or no harm to those that are quite serious.

Hair shedding question?

is it quite normal to say shed 80 hairs each day regardless to what people say how it is normal to lose up to 100 hairs each day

Hair shedding question?

Yes, Absolutely, Your hair is like cells, when you scratch your arm you loose maybe 20x's many cells. Same with hair, Just think of it as your hair trying to make room. But if u are that worried, see a doctor.

Hair shedding question?

Yes, however rubbing carrot oil on your scalp helps to stop breakage.

Hair shedding question?

It's perfectly normal. Most people have so much hair on their heads that losing 80-100 strands of hair a day is nothing.

Black hair care....How do I stop my hair from falling out so fast?!?!?!?!?

Ok my problem is simple.....My hair wont stop falling out. Now of course you (should) lose 80-100 strands a day ( I think) so that the hair can reproduce itself. But my hair keeps falling before it has time to grow back and now I have a patch in the back of my head. I go to the hair dresser every week and she conditions my hair and keeps it healthy. I havent been under stress and I eat like a rabbit on steroids....So can anyone please help me! Please! because I have tried eveything yet the hair in the back of my head keeps going, going, %26amp; going.

Thank you

Black hair care....How do I stop my hair from falling out so fast?!?!?!?!?

ask the doc! maybe u hav lukemia!

Black hair care....How do I stop my hair from falling out so fast?!?!?!?!?

ok, dont worry about your hair. a lot of hair falls out normaly everyday. you cant really get a product to make your hair stop from falling, but you can try doing the following things:

dont use hair dye

dont get highlights

put oil in your hair

dont try to not comb your hair, it just makes it worse

there you go. some tips for you. have fun! =]

Black hair care....How do I stop my hair from falling out so fast?!?!?!?!?

i recomend you go to doctor, seriously...and there's a lot of hair products and advertisement about hair falling out, but you might have health problem, so please go to the doctor and take care of yourself. and if the doctor says is normal visit another one

Black hair care....How do I stop my hair from falling out so fast?!?!?!?!?

do u use any products on ur hair? how often do u wash it?

Black hair care....How do I stop my hair from falling out so fast?!?!?!?!?

Hair usually falls out to due to stress, using too many heat products (such as curling iron, hot comb, etc) or from putting dye in hair. I would begin a new hair care regimen and consult your hair salon. Refrain from putting perm or dye into your hair until you get this hair loss situation straightened out. Do not pull your hair back in any tight ponytails or braids because this places a lot of strain on the hair and can cause hair loss. I would do a lot of deep conditioners and sleep with a satin cap on my head. Also, since it is occurring in the back, try to sleep on your side or stomach. Nexxus has a lot of great products. Try Nexxus Emergency.

Black hair care....How do I stop my hair from falling out so fast?!?!?!?!?

You probably have oily hair, steroids increase male hormon, which increases oil production of the scalp. Try shampoo without conditioner, also don't rinse your hair with hot water, it tend to scorch hair follicle makes them more likely to fall out.

Black hair care....How do I stop my hair from falling out so fast?!?!?!?!?

Well, first of all do you relax your hair? If you do this could be the root of your problem. I have naturally wavy hair, however my mom relaxed it when I was younger. I wore it straight for a long time before I decided to go natural. Let me tell you this, I am so suprised at how fast my hair grows now. I have always had hair that grows quickly, but once I stopped with the chemicals, it grows a heck of a lot faster. In the middle of Feb. I cut my hair off to about an inch an inch in a half. Now, it is April, and it has already grown about 3 inches. It is long enough where I can put it into little pony tails. So, I am not saying that you should give up on relaxers, but your hair would prob. be healthier and grow alot quicker. At the moment, my sister wears several weaves, and I have told her that it is going to eventually break her hair out due to the stress and pulling of the braids. Well, sure enough.. a couple of months have gone by and her hair line is indeed thinning. Oh, I would also suggest that if you wear hair styles that are kind of dif. For example.. things that require the hair to be gelled and braided tightly. Prolonged wear of these styles will eventually cause severe breakage. Nevertheless, I wish u the best of luck in whatever you decide to do.

What could cause my 13 year old cat to lose excessive patches of hair all year through.?

Lot's of things. Please do the research. learn about this, and a lot of interesting things at these GREAT sites:

hope these are helpful

What could cause my 13 year old cat to lose excessive patches of hair all year through.?

It could be that it is old and it's not on a proper diet. What are you feeding your cat? Is it getting enough protein or fiber in its food?

Is your cat an indoor/outdoor type of cat? Is it exposed to other cats or animals? If it is, and depending on how the skin looks in the affected areas, you might want to consult your vet in case it could be mange.

What could cause my 13 year old cat to lose excessive patches of hair all year through.?

A poor diet, or feline leukemia. Take your cat to the vet and they can suggest a healthy diet. Some canned food (any with ocean whitefish as an ingredient) might help also.

What could cause my 13 year old cat to lose excessive patches of hair all year through.?

If they are well defined "circular like" patches of hair with nothing but skin, it's a fungus and you have to go to a vet. If on these patches you see really short hair, that it looks cut, the cat is doing it, could be a parasite like fleas or also a fungus, and the scratching is doing it, or it could be excessive grooming caused by stress- any changes in your life latelly? - For fleas buy flea powder, for everything else go to the vet, for stress there are cat antidepressives that may help or just get your life back to normal and make the cat wear a protective colar for a while.

Once the root of a hair turns gray, does the part that's grown out before lose its color?

My husband is a barber, and he says no, but I disagree. Just because hair is his job does not mean he's always right about it! :)

Once the root of a hair turns gray, does the part that's grown out before lose its color?

hate to say, but i dont think that hair that has already grown out will lose its color just because the roots are gray. hair is basically dead skin cells so if their brown, they most likely wont change color. it might happen, but it doesnt seem to hold true in real life cases, usually people have white or gray hair because its growing out in that color.

Once the root of a hair turns gray, does the part that's grown out before lose its color?

i'm with your husband. it's just like growing out a color. you have the natural color at the root %26amp; the dyed color towards the end.

Once the root of a hair turns gray, does the part that's grown out before lose its color?

My mom is a hairdresser and I asked...

NO! The hair grown that color from the root out... the rest of the hair does not "take" on that color.

Your husband is right.... but with that answer, I don't think I'll get your vote for Best Answer :-)

Once the root of a hair turns gray, does the part that's grown out before lose its color?

He is right, but maybe, just maybe ....you can catch him saying something wrong soon!!lol That will be one early Christmas gift, huh?? Oh, and make sure he doesn't know about all these answers to only prove him right and let him say, "told ya so!!"

Once the root of a hair turns gray, does the part that's grown out before lose its color?

No, hair is dead except for right at the root. For example, when people have a deficiency in a certain mineral/vitamin they can develop ridges in their fingernails. The ridges only form when the deficiency is present, and then as the body receives proper nutrients, the nail grows normally (so one ridge could form during a time of poor health but it wouldn't cause the whole nail to be filled with ridges unless the person was unhealthy for a long period of time)

Sorry I went off on a tangent there.

:)

Once the root of a hair turns gray, does the part that's grown out before lose its color?

No, once your hair is a color your hair is a color.

Once the root of a hair turns gray, does the part that's grown out before lose its color?

only the new hair(starting out of the roots) will change color.....the non-gray hair is technically dead and will not change color unless you dye it

Ive recently dyed my hair turquoise / blue, any idea what colour lipstick would go?

im quite pale, but with loads of freckles. and wear black rimmed glasses, completely lost by what colour would go right with the hair, someone help!

Ive recently dyed my hair turquoise / blue, any idea what colour lipstick would go?

what is the counter color on the color wheel with turquoise? A reddish orange color. That sounds kind of odd, but you could go with a glossy that has a reddish orange hue to it without being with a weird colored lip stick. You can stick to the color palette and find a complimenting color like a plum/plum pink. A gold copper color would be hot too- one with red hues or a sugar gloss (one that has a micro glitter appearance). I would just experiment and find the color you like best :) The iridescent shade glosses could give a really neat look too.

Ive recently dyed my hair turquoise / blue, any idea what colour lipstick would go?

hot pink with lip gloss

Ive recently dyed my hair turquoise / blue, any idea what colour lipstick would go?

Ive recently dyed my hair turquoise / blue, any idea what colour lipstick would go?

when you have a bright color on the hair and pale skin...with freckles you should go with a soft color for your lips, that would work best.

Ive recently dyed my hair turquoise / blue, any idea what colour lipstick would go?

UH DUH .... turquoise

Ive recently dyed my hair turquoise / blue, any idea what colour lipstick would go?

Ive recently dyed my hair turquoise / blue, any idea what colour lipstick would go?

How can I get my hair to grow back?

Dear Friend,

I am so glad to hear that you are doing better and I know that you are a very beautiful person. You can grow your hair back several ways, and I won't emphasize diet, but please make sure you eat well.

If your hair growth is really at issue, Propecia, Rogaine, and DHT blockers can help. But, the problem with all of these products is they are expensive, have temporary results that stop after use of the product, lastly, they have side effects. Thus, the best way to grow your hair fast is to take care of your hair from the inside out. Assess whether you live an unhealthy lifestyle or use traditional drugstore hair products that contain alcohol and sulfates. If you do, you can potentially be stunting your hair growth. I am a stylist, and if you follow the tips below, you can grow your hair. These tips have worked on several of my cients.

Tip # 1: Drink plenty of water

6-8 glasses is a must. 8-12 is even better.

Tip #2: Get your vitamins

Take a B Complex, Fish Oil, Vitamin C, and Vitamin E.

Tip #3: Only use an all-natural hair growth or hair thickening shampoos and conditioners

There are several good natural shampoos on the market, such as Aubrey Organics and Giovanni. However, I have used A Double Portion Super Hair Growth Shampoo on my hair loss clients because it is created specifically for hair growth and I have seen substantial results in a matter of month. It is full of hair growth promoting essential oils, sage, cayenne, neem, jojoba, and aloe. For my clients that used it, their hair got thicker, longer, and softer. You can find it online at Beauty 4 Ashes Christian Health %26amp; Beauty website. It is great shampoo just for making your hair more manageable and smooth as well.

Tip #4: Place as little heat and chemicals on your hair as possible. No hair coloring please.

Tip #5: Live a stress free life.

Tip #6: Get your blood flowing

Aerobic exercise stimulates blood circulation throughout the entire body, including the scalp. This is important for hair growth. Also, consider massaging your scalp for 5-10 minutes a day with warm olive or coconut oil. It will accentuate your hair growth as well.

Tip #7: Mash 1/2 cup of avocado, a tablespoon of mayo, and a tablespoon of coconut milk and olive oil together. Blend well. Let it sit on your hair for 20-30 minutes. Rinse your hair with tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and follow with an all-natural hair growth and thickening shampoo. Do this at least 2-3 times a week. Within one month, your hair should be fuller and bouncier, without having to get an expensive salon treatment.

How can I get my hair to grow back?

Wash it every other day- - not everyday. use a shampoo to put protein in your hair. And don't rip it out with a brush. Also dont pull your hair up all the time.

How can I get my hair to grow back?

Go to your local salon and purchase a product called, NIOXIN scalp therapy get the whole kit.

It will stimulate your scalp to help you grown back nice healthy hair.

Good Luck.

How can I get my hair to grow back?

You should just try going to the beuty shop b\c by doing your own hair it will never grow and by doing you own hair it will never turn out to be like professional hair stylist. So try that first and then get back at me.

How can I get my hair to grow back?

Massage your scalp? Drink v8 juice with oatmeal then take your multivitamin.

Right now I take CVS Drugstore Weight Sharp. It has green tea in it, the EGCG.

Only time can tell!

Don't perm or color dye your current hair now or ever.

Find a Shampoo/Conditioner that strengthens the hair shaft.

Use wide tooth comb, no hair brushes!

How can I get my hair to grow back?

Treat and condition your hair every week and try to avoid using gels and spritz cause it breaks your hair. Use a deep treatment to treat your hair. Also, avoid flat irons and curling irons because it gives split ends and breaks your hair. You can also use a hair growth formula. Good luck.

How can I get my hair to grow back?

Hair growing takes time! Don't get discouraged, don't yank it out, and don't wear it up a lot. It should grow back.

How can I get my hair to grow back?

get scalp braids.. it pulls the hair to make it grow faster..

My toy poodle gave birth and one of the puppies has a hair lip, what formula can I give the puppy?

my toy poodle gave birth but one of the puppies was born with a hair lip,the puppy can nurse fine but I'm still concern that she may start losing weight, what formula can I give her? Thank you

My toy poodle gave birth and one of the puppies has a hair lip, what formula can I give the puppy?

PUPPY formula. It is called Esbilac. They have other brends, but you should use a puppy milk replacer, since it is designed for PUPPIES!!!!!

My toy poodle gave birth and one of the puppies has a hair lip, what formula can I give the puppy?

You might want to take her to the vet. They usually know what to do best.

My toy poodle gave birth and one of the puppies has a hair lip, what formula can I give the puppy?

409

My toy poodle gave birth and one of the puppies has a hair lip, what formula can I give the puppy?

puppy formula BUT THINK LONG BEFORE YOU DO. THEY CAN INHAIL THE MILK FROM A BOTTLE AND DIE REALLY EASILY. let momma do it if she can. see a vet asap for support. loosing the baby will cost more then a vet will.

My toy poodle gave birth and one of the puppies has a hair lip, what formula can I give the puppy?

Wal-mart has formula called "Just Born" comes in ready to feed and powder. Pet stores have other brands. Forget the bottles..medicine dropers and the plunger type work best..less work for the puppy.

My toy poodle gave birth and one of the puppies has a hair lip, what formula can I give the puppy?

put the pup to sleep. This kind of genetic problem can not be fixed and the pup will drown in its milk.

Hair question?!?

OK, so i decided to grow out my hair. I'm a boy too just to let you know.......but my parents are against the fact that I want to grow it out. Well it doesn't matter. Well my mom said that if i start growing out my hair, I will eventually lose it when i get older. Plus my dad is already bald, so I'm not sure if thats gonna happen to me? But long story short, if i grow it out now.....at 15....am i not going to have any hair when I'm older?

Hair question?!?

There's no science that says if you grow out your hair now, you'll get bald later.

Balding is due mostly to genetics; you could have inherited the genes that will make you lose your hair when you get older, but that has nothing to do with how long your hair is now.

Probably your mom is just trying to scare you into cutting it.

Hair question?!?

No, you don't use your hair up by growing it out longer. You should still have hair when you're older.

And I heard that the baldness gene comes from your mom's side (but I'm not sure), so if your mom's brothers or her dad is bald, then you probably will be too. Don't worry about it though.

Hair question?!?

of course not unless everyone in your family has a history of balding then u have sthn to worry abt.

Hair question?!?

Ummm... I don't think that it affects ur hair growth. I mean, I used to have a mullet two yrs ago, but my hairs still growing out fine.

Hair question?!?

Your mom is just talking into the wind. You aren't going to go bald because you grow out your hair, but you might go bald because your dad is, that is called passing down the genes... Good Luck

Hair question?!?

nno, hair doesnt decide heredity does...

Hair question?!?

Haha same thing with my brother

my mom and dad hate's his hair, but they don't know style.

haha

but if you do grow your hair make sure you have good hair products and a good hairstyle. or else your parents are the one's who are in the correct.

well anyways

thats not true your mom is trying to scare you so you won't grow out your hair, and hairloss maybe hereditary, so maybe when your older you might lose your hair. But you might get lucky and not get hairloss. What age was your dad when he went completely bald? Because if you like 50 you would not even care how you look like. So do whatever makes you happy.

What is hair grafting?

what is grafting?

how it works? and how long it works?

is it a parmanent solution for baldness

what about weaving and transplantation?

what is the success record of all and which one among them is reliable?

i m 24 and lost most of the hair at front and middle,

now my scalp is even visible, though no one in my family has ever faced this problem,

pl help to get me rid of this hair loss,

and some solution if you know for regrowth!!!

What is hair grafting?

surgically implant hair into the scalp.

What is hair grafting?

Hair grafting is when they take tiny plugs of your scalp where there is hair and implant the where there isn't any hair. It's expensive but it is a permanent solution to thinning or balding.

Weaving is exactly what it sounds like it is and it too is expensive. With weaving you have to go back about every 6 - 8 weeks for them to redo or tighten the weave as your own hair grows out. It is not a permanent solution so it will cost more over a period of time.

Another option is just to totally shave your head. It's very popular right now and many women find it very sexy.

Hair ideas?

I am getting my hair cut really soon and am desperate for ideas. I want something that is unique but not wild and crazy. I have long blonde hair - it is about half way down my back or longer and i dont want it to be much shorter - just different. Right now it has like two layers in it. Does anyone have an idea for something different without losing too much length? Thank you!

Hair ideas?

get shorter and more layers and side bangs!! so caute!! then do diff styles w/ it like straight, beachy waves, curly, scrunch it...itll look cute!

Hair ideas?

I would say make sure you have a layer put in at shoulder length and get left side bangs and part on left. Getting loose curls or crimping every once in a while would look really cute!

Why would a healthy 30 year old woman be losing her hair.Uniformly on her head?

alopecia areata? Stress induced or genetic hair loss? Will it grow back?

Why would a healthy 30 year old woman be losing her hair.Uniformly on her head?

The causes for hair loss are many and varied. Genetic 'Pattern Baldness' is the most common, but there are other very common causes such as Hormonal Imbalance, Illness, Poor Diet, Poor Hygiene, Drug Abuse and Stress.

Generally, the most effective regime for preventing/reversing hair loss is a combination of 3 or 4 products:

1) DHT Inhibitors - Work to inhibit the negative effects of DHT

2) Growth Stimulators - artificially stimulate growth in the hair follicle

3) Hair vitamins - these products actually provide all the clinical proven vitamins and minerals required to help hair grow to its fullest and thickest

4) Hair and Scalp Cleaners - these products provide proper hair and scalp hygiene and nutrition.

In all cases, the most effective hair loss treatment will involve a combination of the above options. That is because there is no single solution that tackles the cause and the effect of baldness in everyone.

Why would a healthy 30 year old woman be losing her hair.Uniformly on her head?

Its called male pattern baldness women get it also

Why would a healthy 30 year old woman be losing her hair.Uniformly on her head?

could be anything youve mentioned.. it can also be thyroid problems, or food alergies.. get some blood work done to determine if its either of what ive mentioned.. if it is itll grow back

Why would a healthy 30 year old woman be losing her hair.Uniformly on her head?

You should ask for blood tests to determine whether your thyroid is functioning optimally. If it's underactive (hyperthyroidism), one of the initial symptoms is hair loss.

Why would a healthy 30 year old woman be losing her hair.Uniformly on her head?

you need to get laid more. stress is bad

Excessive Hair Loss?

Does Nioxin help stop hair loss? I have been experiencing excess hair loss and just purchased Nioxin have used it 2 weeks but see no difference yet. I use to have very thick hair and now I'm getting down to where I am going to have bald patches soon because of the amount I'm losing. I am desparate for answers right now!

Excessive Hair Loss?

make an appointment with your family doctor. a lot of the hair growth products sold in stores such a rogaine-i'm not familiar with nioxin so i can't tell you much about that-are very deceiving...and they certainly don't work for everyone. you could end up doing more harm than good in trying these products without your doctor's permission. whether your lossing hair due to stress or something more serious, your doctor will definitely have better answers for you than the people on here!! good luck!

Excessive Hair Loss?

I used Nioxin for my hair and didn't see a big difference. Although we may have different problems. My hair is very dry and breaks so it is becoming very thin. I'm not losing hair at the scalp which seems to be the problem with you. My stylist recommended Nioxin but it didn't help me. Hope it helps you! Keep using it, though. Good luck!

Help!I recently suffered ill health and lost nearly all my hair.....?

..I need some ideas on how best to make it look ok-am so bored of my thin pony tail!

Help!I recently suffered ill health and lost nearly all my hair.....?

sorry to hear you have been ill - it sounds like you have suffered from alopechea(not sure of spelling) I suffered from this a while ago and was told not to take any medication as it could cause other problems. So I purchased a hair topper wig thing that you pull your own hair thru and this was fine whilst I waited for myown hair to grow thru it. All the while I used hair thickening shampoos/mousse.

No one noticed what I was wearing as the colouring was the exact match to my own hair. Eventually my own hair grew back and now my hair is thankfully back to normal.

Oh and another thing the doctor told me was not to wear my hair in a pony tail as this pulls at your hair and can cause more of your hair to pull out!! So please dont wear your hair in a pony tail until your hair is better.

Also when brushing your hair make sure you use a soft brush as a hard brush will pull more hair out.

I do hope that this is of some help to you.

Help!I recently suffered ill health and lost nearly all my hair.....?

Hope you are better now.

You could try a herbal remedy like kelp - it really works; will make your hair thicker and shinier, and also makes your nails lovely and strong.

Otherwise, I use volumising mousse in my hair to thicken it up a bit, and blow-dry it with my head upside down to create more volume.

Help!I recently suffered ill health and lost nearly all my hair.....?

do not take kelp as someone has sugested,i used to take kelp for my thin har,the kelp made me loose weight i went to the doctors as i was loosing weight for no reason he told me it was the kelp and to stop taking it at once,he told me it is dangerous to take,my hairdresser friend recomended vitamain b tablets,so i take these and my hair is thicker and in fantastic condition....glad you are better after being poorly

You should look into clip in hair extensions. These are finer individual pieces that make the exsisting hair look thicker and healthier. Try salon services, sallys or look online at sites such as HQhair.com.

Try to nourish the hair that is there already with mild and natural products. Duchys organics is a gentle, natural brand and can be purchased online.

In addition to this, there are hair skin and nail vitamins that specifically provide additional nutriants for hair. One brand is perfectail and can be purchased in most supermarkets and pharmacies.

Also, relax and take time out. Stress is linked to hair loss as you already, probably know. So sit back from time to time and make sure you take some time for yourself.

Hope this helps : )

Usually costume stores have hair dye thats in a spray can. I've used them before for Halloween, and School Spirit week, and it comes out with one shampoo.

Also Hot Topic has hair color, I've never used this kind, but I think it washes out in one wash.

What was the bet? I'm curious.

How can i make my hair thicker?

Do you use styling products? I don't ever and my hair is beyond thick.Just an idea.

How can i make my hair thicker?

The Hair Boutique recently had the opportunity to learn about a fascinating hair product known as Toppik.

This product is designed to offer thicker, fuller hair instantly. How? Toppik adheres to the hair shaft to give hair a fuller, thicker appearance.

There are a lot of people out there that have thin or thinning hair and it is not just men. Many people do not realize that thinning hair is a problem for many women as a result of pregnancy, menopause just to mention a few. What is most exciting is that this great product can make a huge difference for the people that have this problem, they are very easy to use, and if used properly they are completely undetectable."

TOPPIK is for people with thin hair. It is, simply put, microscopic fibers made out of a keratin base, that when shaken onto the thin areas stick to the hair shafts as well as filter down to the scalp. It even transforms the thin, colorless vellus hairs to looking thick and full.

It is not a cream, spray or cover-up. What is even more amazing is that it does not blow out in the wind, run in the rain or run with perspiration and it is undetectable. Toppik simply washes out with shampoo.

This is also great for people who have had a transplant and do not want the scabs to show and is perfectly safe to use after the transplant with the doctors permission.

Toppik can also be safely used in conjunction with Minoxidil and Rogaine. It is affordable, works in seconds, adds texture and, best of all, it takes off years and restores self-confidence.

Toppik is available in seven colors and backed by a thirty day money back guarantee.

Couvre alopecia masking lotion is a product that is often used in conjunction with Toppik. This is terrific for people that have excessively thin hair where the Toppik simply is not sufficient and generally works best in conjunction with Toppik. This product is also undetectable and will not even come out when swimming.

You can order the Toppik products directly on the Web.

How can i make my hair thicker?

Thinning hair is usually a sign of some mineral, amino acid and vitamin defieciency. Zinc and copper are good for your hair.

Herbs you can take that will help are: a combination of the following: Siberian Ginseng, Sarsparilla, Black Cohosh, Licorice Root, Golden Seal Root, Periwinkle, Damiana, Alfalfa and Kelp. This formula feeds the Glandular system which when is deficit in nutrients will cause your hair to thin.

Do not take Licorice Root if you have heart problems.

Also washing frequently, blow drying and chemical processing of your hair can also make it weak and breakage is more common.

How can i make my hair thicker?

There are various types of massaging techniques, which can be followed. Indonesian style is best suited for relieving mental tension and improving the quality of the hair. The massaging steps are given below in detail:

1) Stand with your feet apart and start breathing in and out

2) Bend from the waist till the level of your head falls below the waist area.

3) Bring your feet close to each other and start rubbing your scalp with your knuckles all over your head for about half a minute.

4) Slowly start bringing your body to the normal level and continue rubbing on the scalp.

Be careful that when you are massaging your scalp, do not massage roughly. The hair fibers may split causing you pain and damage to the hair. So massage gently and thoroughly.

Thinning hair and haircut...?

I usually have long, chustnut brown, straight hair and is typically full. But, with the stress of school and work (new to me) I have been losing a lot of it. I am thinking of getting a shorter haircut, but am concerned about the style working if either my hair continues to thin or if it regrows and thickens.

Anyone have any personal experience/advice, particularly hair dressers?

Thinning hair and haircut...?

Im glad you asked this question, im going thru the same thing, and I am so frustrated with my hair because it is thinning in the back, right now my hair is long enough to cover the spot, but its so short now, i can't do anything else with it, but wear it down. I was thinking of either cutting it all one length and starting over, or try to find a style where I can keep the length I have, and not have it look crazy.

Thinning hair and haircut...?

During certain times of the year you tend to loose more hair that normal. Stress can definately add to this. There is a shampoo that i had use when i had the same problem. It is called Maine andTail shampoo and conditioner. It suppost to have the same ingredents init that make horses maine and tail grow thick...Hens the name. It seems really wierd but it wouldn't hurt to try. Good luck!!!

Did you have Gastric Bypass? How long did it take for your hair to grow back?

I was wondering is there anyone out there who's had Gastric Bypass, and did you lose 40-50% of your hair? I had a very thick beautiful mane of hair, and long too, and I've had to cut it to my shoulders because I lost about %50 of my hair. I know it does grow back, but how long did it take before you saw a difference in the thickness of your hair? I have to keep mine up in a barrett because there's no body to it, and it's just mainly strings. How do you style your thinning, or already thinned hair?

Did you have Gastric Bypass? How long did it take for your hair to grow back?

My sister had gastric bypass surgery. She lost a buttload of weight, but only because the surgeon made the stomach too small, and reverse paristollisis occured. (throwing up) Even water would come back out. She had to have her gall bladder removed because she lost allot of weight very fast. She never had hairloss. My cousin had this same surgery and didn't have any hair loss either... Sorry... My mom is loosing hair, but that is because she has allopecia. She is using Rogaine for men. My sister has since had the procedure reversed for obvious reasons....

Did you have Gastric Bypass? How long did it take for your hair to grow back?

I am so proud of you!! That is great that you have gotten healthier with the bypass! I bet you feel great....the hair, i don't know!

I want to dye and perm my hair, Which should I do first?

I want to dye my hair and get a spiral perm. I want to know which one should I do first and how long should I want in between processing before I do the other, so that my hair doesn't get to damaged or I lose the perm all together?

I want to dye and perm my hair, Which should I do first?

If you are using a permanent hair color (with peroxide) or bleach (although not advisable with a perm) then you color it first. If you are using a semi-permanent color you should do it after the perm. Usually, on a box of hair color there is an 800 number to call for questions like these. They are the experts on their own product so, explain to them exactly what you want to do AND make sure you tell them about your hair as it is now.

Is it damaged from anything else, what type of hair do you have and be honest or you might end up with hair so damaged it's mushy and you have to cut it off. Some people just don't have the type of hair to handle all this done to it.

Good Luck!

I want to dye and perm my hair, Which should I do first?

If you are in need of a perm, do that first and then you can do the dye at a later time. But regardless of which way you do it, any chemical treatment that you do needs to have a waiting period of 2 weeks

I want to dye and perm my hair, Which should I do first?

dye it first.

then get a perm.

ask ur hairstylist how long u should wait inbetween the two.

I want to dye and perm my hair, Which should I do first?

Id Dye My Hair First.

Then Id Wait About 2 Or 3 Days After To Perm It.

I want to dye and perm my hair, Which should I do first?

I would go for one or the other, but not both. You are bound to get damaged hair if you do both.

I want to dye and perm my hair, Which should I do first?

you shud perm it first because the dye could affect the perm because of the ammonia in it you may not be allowed to getg it dyed

I want to dye and perm my hair, Which should I do first?

dye it first when dying your hair its easier when the hair is straight rather then curly.

I want to dye and perm my hair, Which should I do first?

you should perm it first but you should wait at least two weeks after to add color. but i would do everything at a salon do not do oit yourself

I have lost alot of weight and my hair is falling out,how can I stop it?

I want tips to prevent hair loss do to weight loss and,or medicane to stop it.

I have lost alot of weight and my hair is falling out,how can I stop it?

You are losing hair becasue you are missing needed nutrients. Your hair and nails will be the first to be effected. You need more protein for your hair.

I have lost alot of weight and my hair is falling out,how can I stop it?

losing hair due to weight loss is only when you're not consuming enough nutrients for your hair to be healthy !

So eat more healthy food, fruits, vegetables, protein.

And drink some Vitamin E, or a multivitamin everyday.

I have lost alot of weight and my hair is falling out,how can I stop it?

Take a muti-vitamine and make sure it has bioten in it.

I have lost alot of weight and my hair is falling out,how can I stop it?

yes! take a multi vitamin everyday.... make sure your not starving yourself. That would only lead to long term health problems. Be Smart!!!!

I have lost alot of weight and my hair is falling out,how can I stop it?

if you're hair is falling out because you've lost alot of weight, you're malnutritioned. you aren't eating right, which is causing your hair to fall out.

stop starving yourself and your hair will grow back. i've seen this many times...you technically have an eating disorder. either that or your sick.

no medicine is going to stop it. you're doctor will tell you the same thing. you lost weight too fast and didn't do it right. simple as that.

I have lost alot of weight and my hair is falling out,how can I stop it?

Wow i have never heard of this but i would take like vitamins that makes your hair shiny and grow.

I have lost alot of weight and my hair is falling out,how can I stop it?

Potential thyroid problem - you may want to see a doctor and have some blood tests run to check your thyroid hormones if you are still eating normally and not exercising excessively.

I had the same problem last year, and it turns out I have an overactive thyroid.

I have lost alot of weight and my hair is falling out,how can I stop it?

oo wow! you might consider asking a hair stylist or switch shampoos or just go see a doctor!

I have lost alot of weight and my hair is falling out,how can I stop it?

I'm in this acting/modeling agency and trust me my hair was a mess but they give you a lot of valuable pointers. So now you have the privilage of getting it without paying $6,000.00 lol.

you should start this and do it once a month-

Hair Breakage- wash hair with a light neutral Ph shampoo. (you can get any of these things at a health store)Apply mineral water or sea water to the hair. Cover the entire scalp with the following mixture

:one table spoon if mayonnaise, black-strap molasses and soy sauce, blended together. Leave on thirty minutes. Rinse well. Give your hair a light neutral shampoo.

Try a "Body builder" conditioner (google that)

do a hot oil treatment once a month

I have lost alot of weight and my hair is falling out,how can I stop it?

It's not because you've lost a lot of weight, it's because you're not taking in enough vitamins for natural hair growth. I would suggest that you check up on your diet to make sure it's okay to be on because your hair isn't supposed to fall out when you lose weight.

When i use the hair dryer, when i suppose to wash my hair??

My friend wash it in 7 days but i can not stand that i just could only stand for 4 days( i shower twice a day but can't wash my hair as well twice a day i fear to lose its health) but the say if you'll use for long time you must wash it once a weak so that it won't lose its health, what do you think?

Or just make hair dryer twice a month and the rest of the month make it normal or curley? Any ideas?

Note : my hair is a bit curley and dry type, i rare go out day time.

Thanks alot.

When i use the hair dryer, when i suppose to wash my hair??

my aunts a hair stylist and i have the same hair type...wash your hair with shampoo and conditioner every other day ,if u still want to take daily showers u can just dont wash it.shampoo opens your hair foliciles to clean it and conditioner makes sure to shut them again and keeps it moisterized.make sure your using a good conditioner if your hair is really dry. use your blow dryer once a week....blow dryers ARE worse then using straightners since the heat is directly going to your hair,so that could be a reson for the dryness..sometimes it helps to just not blow dry your hair for a while until you restore its natural shine.

hope this helps

When i use the hair dryer, when i suppose to wash my hair??

get baby shampoo

use a shower cap

and wash every second day

dont use hair dryer if at all possible .... thats what destroys hair ... hold further away and on coolest setting

When i use the hair dryer, when i suppose to wash my hair??

Did you know that shampooing everyday or every other day could dry your scalp and hair? If you overshampoo your hair it can cause harm by drying both the scalp and hair. This could lead to a dry scalp condition...Once a week shampooing is highly reccommended whether you like it or not.

I suggest a conditioning or moisturizing shampoo and a deep cream conditioner (put on wet hair, comb through, cover with plastic cap, and get under hair dryer for 20 min.) do this weekly. This type of shampoo contains Protein and/or biotin which helps to restore moisture and elasticity, strengthen the hair shaft, and add volume. And are nonstripping if you have color.

Oh yeah, when you put the conditioner on make sure you massage it into your scalp for about 1 min. before getting under hair dryer.

Make sure you wash the conditioner out; you need a curl balm for your hair (you should get this from a professional salon) you can use it on your hair damp or dry; you need a diffuser piece for your blow dryer, it will make the air flow more softly and helps to accentuate your hair...Hope this helps...

Note: Use a Spray-on thermal protector to protect your hair from heat

And your friend is right about washing hair once a week.

When i use the hair dryer, when i suppose to wash my hair??

Hair care and how often you should shampoo your hair depends a lot on your hair. If you are caucasion, for example, Shampooing only once a week may not be enough. If you are African American, shampooing more than once a week is not a great idea. It's the curse of naturally curly hair to be a bit on the dry side, however, if you use the right products, and use your tools like dryers, straighteners, curling irons, etc., properly, you can maintain healthy hair. I shampoo every day and have very healthy hair even though I color to cover gray hair. My hair is straight but I shampoo every day and blow it dry every day. I use good shampoo and conditioner, medium heat on my dryer, leave in conditioner and if I'm using an iron of sort, I use a thermal protectant. If you would like some specific product information or hair care information, email me. Some people think hair dryers are worse for your hair than flat irons or curling irons but that is not entirely true. Flat irons and curling irons apply concentrated heat and do much more damage if not used correctly than a diffused dryer on a medium setting.

When i use the hair dryer, when i suppose to wash my hair??

There is no rule on washing your hair, as long as your hair feels clean to u ,u could wash it once a week. I have clients who wash there hair once a week, as long as it feels clean, and smells fine, I say wash it when it feels dirty, u do have the right idea keeping it healthy. if u wash it all the time u can dry out, depending on ur hair type. Keep doing what ur doin, as long as its healthy, dont change nothing!!

Hair help please :)?

k my hair is SOOOO curly,

and its NOT nice curly,

its really really thick. its frizy and poofy and dry, and soo curly.

it is not nice TRUST me. :)

so i have been straightening it.

but i have a crappy straightener,

and also my hair is getting sooo dry and losing its colour.

please help :( :(

and even when i straighten it, it doesnt STAY straight for long at all.

and it doesnt get as straight as i would lik eit.

also, im thinking of getting a new straihtener, whats the best type?

and what do i do about my hair :( :(

Hair help please :)?

These are all great suggestions above me. When you get a straightner make sure you get a ceramic one. Not just a ceramic coated straightner but a real ceramic straightner. Also, definately use a serium or spray when you use a straightner to protect your hair. A great one is aquage shine spary. And be diligent, spary each section of hair individually to get the maximum protection and style.

You may also want to spend the money to go to a high quality salon to have a fresh cut and color and to talk with the stylist for ideas. They are always willing to talk with you. I have the same issues as you but I do spend the extra money for cuts and colors (about $250 each time) to keep my hair healthy and they way i like it.

Good luck :)

Hair help please :)?

go to the mall, then go to the slaon there, and buy a straitenr there, they work REALLY well, but they are expensive, 100$

Hair help please :)?

oh.. im sorry

ican fix it though.

first you need to get the bed head straightner its best for your hair cause it has oil coating around plates to protect and really straighten your hair. ALso put olive oil and egg whites in your hair to give it a smooth feel. Buy frizz conditioner and let it soak in your head for about 20 min. after your done with hair straighten it and it WILL work i promise.

Hair help please :)?

ok well i have really really straight hair and i love it!!! this is what i do

get pin straight herbal essences shampoo conditioner and spray

the spray is for right before you straighten your hair

get a chi straightner but they are expensive 130$ bbut i have one soo

**good luck**

Hair help please :)?

i have the same problem as you!! =(

Hair help please :)?

Well i CUSE THE CONAIR AND NOT THE CHEAP ONES OR i UES gOLDE N HOT AND MY HAIR IS THE SAME WAY AS YOURS BUT MINE ISNT CURLY... ITS THICKER THAN WHAT AND MY HAIR GOES PAST MY NECK BUT NOT TO MY SHOLDERS! MY BFF HAS THE SAME EXACT PROBLEM AS YOU AND SHE USES gOLDE N hOT.

SO BASICALLY i WOULD USE THE CON AIR ( NOT CHEAP) OR THE gOLDEN HOT %26amp; ARE NORMALLY NOT THAT EXPENSIVE

LET ME KNOW HOW IT GOES

Has your hair grown back after a chemical perm or relaxer disaster?

I lost some of my natural hair thickness after using a chemical relaxer that was too strong for my hair. Thankfully my hair appears healthy now. Its past my shoulders and it looks nice when I style it; however, my hair is nowhere near as thick as it used to be. I don't think it will ever grow back, but I was wondering has anyone else had a chemical disaster that made some of your hair fall out. Did it ever grow back? How long did it take? Months...years????

Has your hair grown back after a chemical perm or relaxer disaster?

I think it's important to remember that technically once your hair is relaxed that's it for that section of hair. The new growth is and will always be your normal natural hair.

When hair is relaxed, the straightening of the hair causes it to appear less thick as the texture is changed and it is straight. As your hair needs to be 'touched up' again your new growth in combination with the relaxed hair will (for some odd reason) cause the appearance and feel of your hair thicken up again. Once the new growth is relaxed again it will go to the state it's in now and the cycle will repeat.

Has your hair grown back after a chemical perm or relaxer disaster?

I didn't have a chemical disaster, but I did get a perm that has lasted for almost a year! I'm still working on growing it out (and planning to get is "de-permed" soon) but as far as I can tell, the hair growing in is just about the same as it was before.

Hair, weight, HHHHHEEEELLLLLLLPPPPPPPPPPPPPP...

Okay first hair

Hair- I have puffy hair and its frizzy, its soft but what can i do to make it silky? I can only use pruducts I have at home, I have lots of sunsilk stuff, a blowdrier, kitchen appliences for hair and other stuff for hair. PLEASE HELP ME

Weight- How much weight can i lose in 60 days? can I lose 70 pounds or more? What can I do and whats an i deal weight lose activity diet plan. Can't do nutriasistave in stuff just at home stuff.

Hair, weight, HHHHHEEEELLLLLLLPPPPPPPPPPPPPP...

hair- try getting a thinning cut... i would reccommend products like "Paul Mitchell Super Skinny Serum".... or another serum... or de frizzing products... i had the same issue w/ my hair till i recantly chopped it chin-length....

Hair, weight, HHHHHEEEELLLLLLLPPPPPPPPPPPPPP...

70 pouds in 60 days!! yea rite! be more reasonable. lol.. just watch what you eat and work out. you may look 5-7 pounds in 2 weeks if u stick to it!

Hair, weight, HHHHHEEEELLLLLLLPPPPPPPPPPPPPP...

If you want to loose Wait and you are willing to follow directions try the BIO LEAN system from WIN. I have friends with great results using this stuff. look up the product list on the website below. You can lose the weight if you do it right just the amount you want to do in the length of time is a little tuff. Do it the right way the healthy way. Check the link and look at the products for BIO LEAN II it works great. I know people that lost 40 pounds in 3 to 4 months. I got the site from a doctors network.

Hair, weight, HHHHHEEEELLLLLLLPPPPPPPPPPPPPP...

If we could lose 70 pounds in 60 days there would be no overweight people. Um that is totally unrealistic and unhealthy.

Kitchen appliences for hair? What???

You need to use a hair serum to make your hair silky. You can buy them at Target, Walmart etc. Sunsilk even makes them. (I did read you need to use stuff at home.) You may be able to use a dab of olive oil~if you have this at home.

Are younger generation of males having less facial hair as opposed older ones?

I have sparse beard and so do most of my peers. Is this a general trend or only a coincidence that most males in my circle of friends have this defect? From the evolution point of view, we males no longer need to grow beard in order to attract females what so ever; could it be that because it has lost its purpose, we are gradually shedding facial hair?

Are younger generation of males having less facial hair as opposed older ones?

If you go to most Islamic countries you'll see that this doesn't apply, but people grow facial hair in different ways. Some people seem to have it all over and have to shave twice a day, whereas others might have very slow growth in many areas.

There might be some evidence of reduction, but that would take an awfully long time as in 1000's years. Also not sure if was really there to attract females, more likely just left over from our days as apes (that should annoy the creationists! :)).

Could of course be speeded up by environmental factors such as testosterone levels especially before you're born.

Are younger generation of males having less facial hair as opposed older ones?

well it looks like it

Are younger generation of males having less facial hair as opposed older ones?

Its probably due to global warming ;-)

Are younger generation of males having less facial hair as opposed older ones?

being 14 i obvoiusly see peoples up to 18 at my school

the people my age are more stach-ish

the 15 year olds(and some 14 year olds, including me) are light beard or "peach fuzz"

the 16 are starting to have the darker beards

and most of the 17-18 have a shadowish beard

Are younger generation of males having less facial hair as opposed older ones?

I think it is just like sayin women grow older younger. for instance we see a young woman develop and figure "dam, I don't remember them like that at my age"

we are simply just used to seeing our peers and our own growth development.

plus everyones body is different and they fill out in different times. some rapid, some subtle

Are younger generation of males having less facial hair as opposed older ones?

NO....I think the pressure these days on young people to be sexy, fit in, etc is so much greater. I remember thinking the same thing 20 yrs ago. some adults dont ever have a full beard or have much facial hair.

dont worry

Are younger generation of males having less facial hair as opposed older ones?

i think you are reading too much into it. there's really no way for you to tell unless you can somehow see into the past. People just like to shave more now... all the shaving commercials probably have something to do with it.

When composing an email, the cursor is on a hair-trigger, and the slightest movement loses the entry

Mabe you should go and select the settings you would like for the cursor.I had to slow my cursor and key strokes down !Hope this helps.Good Luck.

Is this good enough reason for a guy to have laser hair removal all over his body?

I閳ユ獫e been on a swim team since I was 15. I used to compete and win many medals back in high school and college. At 19, I had a late spurt of body hair, I used to be completely smooth. I had a downhill period from then on. I used to swim a lot because I could see how my pecs got toned and bigger, but I lost all motivation since my hair was all covered in hair. I used to care so much about my washboard stomach, but I stopped caring because it was all hidden in hair. I stopped swimming, and gained 60 pounds. I lost 40 right after I went back swimming, but the hair just took all the joy from it. I finally decided swimming was important to me, and I really missed being able to see the results on my abs and chest, so I had laser hair removal. It brought the joy back to swimming. I閳ユ獡 motivated to make my abs and chest look better. I took away the hair on my legs, so the speedos are back too. I lost the other 20 pounds, and now I feel I want to swim every single day of my life.

Is this good enough reason for a guy to have laser hair removal all over his body?

Oh yes! I think if something like that makes you even more comfortable doing something that you love, then it'll be fine. Especially for a good purpose like looking good in a swim suit. Some people just do it for no reason and it's fine, but with a reason like that, it's even more justified.

Is this good enough reason for a guy to have laser hair removal all over his body?

how well did the laser hair removal work? Does all the hair go away and did you have some new hairs grow in?

Sorry to answer this question w/ a question, but i was just curious.

Is this good enough reason for a guy to have laser hair removal all over his body?

Of course it is, congratulations to you!!!

Is this good enough reason for a guy to have laser hair removal all over his body?

Sounds like a better reason than the normal "so chicks will think I'm hot."

Is this good enough reason for a guy to have laser hair removal all over his body?

Wow. That must have been VERY expensive. I got my armpits done at it cost about $1,000.

Is this good enough reason for a guy to have laser hair removal all over his body?

I think you should have just shaved. Hair helps you feel things. Like bugs crawling on you, etc. If it grows back, consider yourself lucky.
