it all depends on what causes the hairloss. if it just part of the hair cycle where the old falls and and the new grows through, then yeah it grows back. if it is hair and scalp disorder like alopecia, apart from the severest form, it is very likely to grow back. but if the hair is falling out, like baldness, it is because the hair follicle, or root is dead and not holding in place.
