Because I lose alot of strands of hair everyday, so I dont ever brush it. Will this help growing my hair out faster?

I don't know about that. I avoid using brushes a lot because a lot of them cause split ends and breakage so hair appears to grow slower. I use picks and combs mostly. Regular trims prevents breakage. I trim mine an inch or two about every 3 months and it's pretty long now, past my mid-back.
