I want to dye my hair and get a spiral perm. I want to know which one should I do first and how long should I want in between processing before I do the other, so that my hair doesn't get to damaged or I lose the perm all together?

If you are using a permanent hair color (with peroxide) or bleach (although not advisable with a perm) then you color it first. If you are using a semi-permanent color you should do it after the perm. Usually, on a box of hair color there is an 800 number to call for questions like these. They are the experts on their own product so, explain to them exactly what you want to do AND make sure you tell them about your hair as it is now.

Is it damaged from anything else, what type of hair do you have and be honest or you might end up with hair so damaged it's mushy and you have to cut it off. Some people just don't have the type of hair to handle all this done to it.

If you are in need of a perm, do that first and then you can do the dye at a later time. But regardless of which way you do it, any chemical treatment that you do needs to have a waiting period of 2 weeks

I would go for one or the other, but not both. You are bound to get damaged hair if you do both.

you shud perm it first because the dye could affect the perm because of the ammonia in it you may not be allowed to getg it dyed

dye it first when dying your hair its easier when the hair is straight rather then curly.
