If you want to loose Wait and you are willing to follow directions try the BIO LEAN system from WIN. I have friends with great results using this stuff. look up the product list on the website below. You can lose the weight if you do it right just the amount you want to do in the length of time is a little tuff. Do it the right way the healthy way. Check the link and look at the products for BIO LEAN II it works great. I know people that lost 40 pounds in 3 to 4 months. I got the site from a doctors network.

If we could lose 70 pounds in 60 days there would be no overweight people. Um that is totally unrealistic and unhealthy.

Kitchen appliences for hair? What???

You need to use a hair serum to make your hair silky. You can buy them at Target, Walmart etc. Sunsilk even makes them. (I did read you need to use stuff at home.) You may be able to use a dab of olive oil~if you have this at home.

Good luck :)
